Tina M. Brandyberry, 54, went to be with the Lord on Feb. 5, 2012, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson.

She was born June 22, 1957, in Pratt, to Laurence and Neva (Burgin) Maphet.

Tina was a member of Crossroads Christian Church. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from Friends University in 2008. She was a financial aid secretary at Hutchinson Community College from 2006-2010. Tina loved cooking, photography, sewing, floral design and cake decorating.

In 1978, she married William Rea in Coats. She then married Weston Brandyberry on Feb. 14, 2008, in Hutchinson.

Survivors include: her husband, Weston Brandyberry, of the home; daughter, Kaley Rea of the home; son, Parker Rea, Pratt; mother, Neva Maphet, Pratt; siblings, Sondra Lambert and husband Clyde, Liberal, Rodney Maphet, Pratt, and Rita Stevenson and husband Dennis, Salina; stepson, Wade Brandyberry, Hutchinson; stepdaughter, Christina Brandyberry, Wichita; and pets, Winfrey and Wayward.

She was preceded in death by her father, Laurence Maphet.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, 2012, at Crossroads Christian Church, with Pastors Lee Keele, Wayne Pittman and Kevin Guffey officiating. Inurnment will be in Coats Cemetery. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Elliott Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice and Homecare of Reno County or Cause for Paws.
