Tommy G. Dulos, 86, died Saturday, July 19, 2014, surrounded by his family. He was born Jan. 2, 1928, in Arkansas City, the son of George and Viola Dulos.
The family later moved to Hutchinson where Tom remained a lifelong resident. Following his graduation from Hutchinson High School in 1945, he served in the U.S. Army, stationed at Fort Riley. Tom graduated from the University of Kansas in 1951 where he was a member of Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity and played on the KU tennis team.
Tom married Fannie Leopulos in Hutchinson in 1951. He worked in sales for Watkins, Inc., of Wichita. He is survived by: his wife, Fannie of the home; sons, Greg and Ron; daughters, Barbara and Cathy, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Beulah Xidis.
Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 23, 2014, at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with The Very Reverend Father Paul O'Callaghan and Father Isaac Farha officiating. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at the Elliott Mortuary. Burial will follow in the Fairlawn Burial Park, Hutchinson.
