Troy Allen Bell, 52, of Hutchinson, died December 30, 2023, at his home. He was born July 24, 1971, in Hutchinson, to Charles and Mary (Osborn) Bell.

Troy graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1990. He worked for Lowen Corporation as a printer. Troy enjoyed fishing, watching the Dallas Cowboys, and NASCAR.

He is survived by: brothers, Brian and Mike Bell; father, Charles Bell, all of Hutchinson; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Troy was preceded in death by: his mother, Mary Bell; grandparents; and uncle, Robert Osborn.

Family will announce a celebration of life at a later date.
