Troy Vaughn Sale, 55, died Monday, December 18, 2017, at his home in Hutchinson. He was born February 12, 1962, in Hutchinson, the son of Joe Richard and RaeDene (Pieplow) Sale. Troy graduated from Nickerson High School and worked for Longfellow Foundations, in addition to owning and operating Troy's Roasted Corn in the Cottonwood Court at the Kansas State Fair.

He is survived by: his mother, RaeDene Sale of Hutchinson; sister, Jana Sale of Hutchinson; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Troy was preceded in death by: his father; daughter, Heather Marie Sale; and his grandparents.

Cremation has taken place. Graveside service will be 2:30 p.m., Friday, December 22, 2017, at Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson, with the Reverend Dr. Kim Biery officiating. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday and 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Friday at Elliott Mortuary.
