Tyler Dean Hoffman's Obituary
Tyler Dean Hoffman, age 2, died Feb. 17, 2014, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. He was born in Wichita on May 20, 2011, the son of Eric D. and Amanda R. Shipley Hoffman.
Survivors include: his parents, Eric and Amanda; sisters, Katlyn Elliott of Stafford, Angelina and Erica Hoffman of the home; grandparents, Spencer Shipley, Mike and Patricia Hoffman of Hutchinson; great-grandparents, Perry and Cathy Nolan of Hutchinson, Lou Wagoner of South Hutchinson; godmother, Judy Jones; uncles, Michael Jr., Jason, Kyle and Bob Hoffman; aunts, Hope Hoffman, Ariana Elliott, Tiffany Scholtisseck and Hannah Young. He was preceded in death by a grandmother, Angela Young.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 21, 2014, at Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, with Jimie-Wray Mead officiating.
Memorials may be sent made to the Tyler Dean Hoffman Memorial Fund, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
