Verla M. Mccay's Obituary
Verla Mae McCay, 69, died Dec. 15, 2006 at Hospice House.
She was born Jan. 30, 1937 in California, the daughter of Jack and Opal Babbitt. A longtime resident of Hutchinson, moving from Colorado, she was a retired seamstress for Collins Professional Cars and Bus Service.
She married Ervin McCay. He died in 1986.
Survivors include: a son, Rodney Blehm, Farmington, NM; a daughter, Linda K. Boyd, Hutchinson; a brother, Delbert Babbitt, New Mexico; a sister, Betty Dinkle, Colorado; two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Graveseide service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Penwell Gabel Cemetery and Mausoleum, Hutchinson, with Pastor Matt Stafford presiding.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
