Virginia Lee Kretzer, 88, died Oct. 6, 2015, at Dillon Living Center, Hutchinson. She was born June 8, 1927, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Hap and Helen (Tripp) Keller.
Virginia was a bookkeeper and broker's assistant for AG Edwards and a member of Nickerson United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women's.
Virginia married Bobbie Lavern Kretzer. He died June 27, 1988.
Survivors include: son, Mark Kretzer and wife Rhoda of Hutchinson; daughter, Kathy Shank and husband Jerry of Hutchinson; grandchildren, Dakota Reiss and wife Kinzie of Weskan, Garrett Reiss of Kinsley, Chloe Reiss, Dylan Kretzer, Dari Kretzer, Danika Kretzer, all of Hutchinson; stepchildren, Bobbie Kretzer Jr. and wife Cheryl of Lansing and Brenda Kowitz of Hutchinson; step-grandson, Cory Kowitz and wife Stephanie of South Hutchinson; step-granddaughter, JoAnna Kretzer of Wichita. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, 2015, at Gypsum Cemetery, with Pastor Teresa Wynn presiding. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, with the family to receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
