Vittorio R. Piná, 37, died December 26, 2010, in Huntington Beach, California.

He was born July 31, 1973, in Hutchinson, the son of Vittorio G. and Stella M. Hoskinson Piná. Vittorio graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1991 and then received a degree in specialized mechanics for diesel and Mercedes Benz, from UTI in Phoenix. He then worked for Saia Trucking Company in California. He was a huge Pittsburg Steelers fan.

He is survived by his parents, Vittorio G. and Stella Piná of Hutchinson; daughter, Vittorea Lynn Piná; stepdaughter, Hollie Chen, and their mother Shirley Brock all of Huntington Beach, CA; girlfriend, Michelle Zamora of Whittier, CA; three sisters, Shanna Piná of Houston, TX, Rachael Shedd of Louisville, KY, Valerie Piná-Aragon of Hutchinson; two brothers, Steven Piná and Rion Piná both of Hutchinson and a step-grandmother, Juanita Piná of Hutchinson, many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Eliseo Piná & Christina Rios-Piná, Marvin Hoskinson and Armetha Nance-Hoskinson. A private family memorial service will be held. Friends may sign the book 9-9 today through Friday at Elliott Mortuary. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association in care of the mortuary.
