Wilma Jean Rohr, 83, died May 7, 2012, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. She was born December 9, 1928, in WaKeeney, Ks, the daughter of William and Alma (Harger) Bell. Wilma was a graduate of WaKeeney High School. She was a member of Church of the Holy Cross, Hutchinson, and the Harvest House.

On April 2, 1951, she married Aloysius J. Rohr at the St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Ransom, Ks. He survives.

Other survivors include; three children, Jerry J. Rohr of Utica, NY, Allen W. Rohr of Chandler, AZ, Alice J. Sorensen of Lincoln, NE; two sisters, Lois Baalmann of Salina, KS, Mary Ellen Bell of WaKeeney, KS; 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by an infant son, Steven A. Rohr, son, Mark G. Rohr and a sister, Ruth Bell.

Friends may call 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. with Rosary at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, May 10, 2012 at Elliott Mortuary. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m., Friday, May 11, 2012, at Church of the Holy Cross, with Father Joseph Eckberg presiding. Graveside service will follow at 3 p.m. at Christ the King Catholic Cemetery in WaKeeney, KS. Memorials may be made to the Reno County Cancer Council or Victory In The Valley in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
