Wilma J. Ruebke's Obituary
Wilma J. Ruebke, 72, died Friday Nov. 21, 2008, at Promise Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson. She was born Nov. 1, 1936, in Pratt, the daughter of Wilbur and Mildred Heller Massow. She had been a machinist at Eaton Corporation for 20 years, retiring in 1998.
In 1961, she married Robert H. "Bob" Ruebke. He died Jan. 23, 2007. Survivors include: four sons, Robert Ruebke and wife Jean, Chris Ruebke and wife Michelle, Randy Christner and wife Sharon, all of Hutchinson, and Jerry Christner, Maize; a daughter, Sherri Cannon and husband Bill, Hutchinson; a stepbrother, Steve Ewing, Corpus Christi, Texas; a stepsister, Beverly Johnson, Plevna; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday Nov. 25, 2008, in Arlington Cemetery, with Chaplain Bob Phipps presiding. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
