Wyatt Ray Berkley, 3 months and 30 days old, died Nov. 6, 2008, at Children's Mercy Hospital, Kansas City, Mo.

He was born July 7, 2008, at St. Luke's Hospital, Kansas City, Mo., the son of Ryan Michael and Heather Lynne Hearn Berkley. His family is longtime residents of Hutchinson.

Survivors include: his parents, of the home; brothers, Bryson, Devin and Ashton, all of the home; sister, Makatlyn, of the home; grandparents, Rochelle and Robert Calhoun and Dennis and Gale Hearn, all of Hutchinson; aunts and uncles, Rolinda Forge and husband John, Royce Berkley, Sherry Angel and Janet Coble and husband, Chris; and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Raymond F. "Ray" Berkley.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Park Place Christian Church, Hutchinson, with the Rev. Dr. Kim Biery and Father Jim Taranto presiding. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the mortuary. A private family graveside service will follow the church service. Burial will be in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery and Mausoleum, Hutchinson.

Memorials may be sent to the Wyatt Berkley Medical Fund at Bank of Kansas, to be donated to the Ronald McDonald House.
